Book space again for next year, and choose a better location if you feel
others were having more through flow. (by booking early, good deals
can often be had)
De-brief the staff who manned the stand and inform
them of the results and their hard work.
Reward staff for their efforts, as this will often increase motivation
for the next 3 day stint in an exhibition hall. |
