Electrics:- Make a list of all equipment that requires electric:- plasma
screens, computers, dvd’s kettles, water coolers etc. Don’t
forget to mention if you need electric in the front of the stand as
cabling will need to be run under the floor of your stand for health
and safety reasons.
We will work out the amount of sockets you require and tell you what
to order.
Flooring:- Do you need a raised floor? We can advise you if you need
to run wires under the stand for both aesthetical and health and safety
reasons.
Furniture
Order what you need, but don’t clutter your stand with un-wanted
furniture. JDJ has a range of furniture, from stools to lockable cabinets
(available for hire).
Water & Waste
Don’t forget to order your water and waste if required. This will
have to be arranged and installed before stand building can commence.
Data Communications
Don’t forget to order you telephone points, ISDN cables, contact
details can all be found in your exhibition manual. (Beware they can
be very expensive so order only what you need.)
Set Up & Breakdown Times
We can advise you on the time needed for stand builds and when you (the
client) need to arrive at the venue.
