How many potential customers do you expect?

How long do you want people to stay on the stand?

Do you want to approach everyone who comes onto your stand or are you going to let them approach you?

Are you relying on pre show invites, or are you relying on the stand to draw people in?

Are you having demonstration areas?

Do you intend to use multi media/audio or website presentations on the stand?

Are you going to display products?

Do you want people to touch and feel your products?

Do you want a seating area?

How much literature and storage space do you need?

What is your competition doing, where are they located?

Do you need a meet and greet reception desk?

How are you going to monitor and record leads?
